Havoc Offroad Hood Struts Review

Havoc Hood Struts 6th Gen Bronco

Ditch Your Factory Prop – Add This Easy Mod To Update Your Bronco

It confuses me that we have features like Trail Turn assist, GOAT modes, and CarPlay, but still don’t have something as basic as hood struts standard from the factory. Luckily Havoc Offroad has a inexpensive solution to this oversight, and the install could not be easier.

We have a process that shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. This is a very inexpensive and easy way to get rid of the factory prop once and for all.

Final Thoughts

Havoc Off Road Hood Struts On 6th Gen Bronco

If you are like me, you may not actually do a bunch of work in the engine bay. But what I do do a lot, is pop the hood open so I can air up my tires when I am no longer off road. On longer trips I will do this a couple times a day in some cases. Having to deal with the prop gets really annoying, real quick.

The Havoc Offroad Hood Struts have eliminated the need for the prop and has made this repetitive task so much easier. All I have to do now is unlatch everything, pull the hood open about 6″ or so, then these do the rest. When you are done, just pull your hood back down.

This is such an inexpensive modification to make and I can almost guarantee you will benefit you more then you think it would.
